Video Coordinator - Project Manager

As a Video Project Manager at The CSI Group, you will become an integral part of our fast-paced Operations team. What you’ll do:

  • Oversee various video projects, working closely with project owners to ensure that requests are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Produce estimated timelines and budgets for projects and actively communicate and enforce deadlines with assigned project owner.
  • Manage the approval process and ensure deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Manage video team’s short and long-range deadlines to ensure proper resources are available to meet all timelines.
  • Collect and track production expenditures on all video projects, creating Purchase Orders for vendors.
  • Oversee the acquisition and distribution of stock footage, music and other materials required for projects.
  • Represent the Video Department at meetings, and clearly communicate assignments and projects for the given month, as well as attend project status and creative meetings.
  • Manage contractors through onboarding and projects. Support all hiring of video freelance and contractors, both in-house and outsourced.
  • Handle the sourcing and booking of video crew and equipment rentals.
  • Coordinate talent auditions and hiring (VO, models, actors).
  • Keep track of usage rights for assets (talent, music, imagery).
  • Report directly to the Director of Operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • 5+ years of production/project management in a creative department or agency account experience.
  • Ability to multitask, analyze opportunities, define successful approaches, and proactively solve problems.
  • Understanding of various video formats and encoding specifications.
  • Ability to drive forward multiple projects across multiple work streams successfully.
  • A positive, "get it done" attitude with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate many details in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have strong time management & problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to handle last minute changes with grace & fortitude.
  • Effective, straightforward communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated & team-oriented.
  • Available to occasionally work weekends & during evenings if there are pressing deadlines

Nice-to-Haves:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Knowledge and experience in Project Management software such as Workamajig
  • Experience working in either an advertising/creative agency or production company
  • Good understanding of digital content
  • Experience in film or video

Graphic Designer

What you’ll do:

  • Design, layout and produce corporate collateral for our clients, including: brochures,product catalogs, sell sheets, print and digital advertisements — including HTML5 animated banners, motion design and animation, presentation decks, email blasts, infographics, large format trade show and event graphics, digital experiences and more, often under tight deadlines.
  • Taking designs from creation, through production, revisions and final output for prepress.
  • Ability to take in, understand and implement client feedback and internal direction/criticism of work.
  • Understand our workflow process and your role and responsibilities within it.
  • Stock photography research — uncovering the perfect images based on project, client and audience parameters.
  • Proof your own work against the brief, including a spell-check before sending it for formal proofreading.
  • Take direction and run with it. Complete projects on time. Ask what you can do next.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as an agency graphic designer or production artist.
  • BFA (or equivalent) with a concentration in Graphic Design, Art Direction or a similar focus.
  • Exceptional production skills, file management and organization.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expert Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as strong experience in presentation software like Keynote and PowerPoint.
  • A clean and sophisticated aesthetic for color, composition, photography and typography.
  • Ability to speak confidently about design work, and pitch design ideas internally.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues, while having a good time.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with motion design, using Google Web Designer or Ad Builder to animate HTML5 display banners
  • Drawing ability (for sketching ideas, concepts and storyboards.)
  • Copywriting skills (headlines, taglines, concept rationale, body copy, etc.)
  • Experience with table-top photography and high-end retouching skills

Director of Digital Strategy

In this position, you will work collaboratively with our account and creative departments to provide direct brand communication strategies and ideas to our clients. This includes developing and delivering marketing and campaign guidance for key accounts, as well as acting as a shepherd and gatekeeper for each client’s brand in order to ensure the best, most consistent brand experience possible.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop digital marketing strategies for existing clients, in partnership with department managers, leads, and account managers.
  • Spearhead research efforts and apply gained insights/data to create pitch-perfect digital briefs, customer journeys and campaign plans.
  • Lead consumer insight research through customer data platforms, as well as more traditional research avenues.
  • Stay up-to-date on current and emerging industry trends, technology, and events to provide the most cutting-edge insights and guidance to clients and the agency at large.
  • Monitor and analyze performance across clients’ digital channels to track engagement, as well as respond to or escalate time-sensitive events.
  • Provide insights from media monitoring, and performance analytics to help optimize client campaigns.
  • Develop and optimize clients’ overall digital content strategy, as well as measure engagement and impact over time.
  • Work closely with account and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all client assets, including regular quality checks.
  • Participate in client presentations as an expert in the digital marketing arena.

  • Participate in business development meetings to add strategic support.
  • Contribute knowledge to the development of marketing collateral including; white papers, blogs, vlogs, social posts, trade show materials, webinars and more.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, community management and/or social media
  • Ability to quickly develop a working understanding of a client’s business, the challenges they face, then be able to blend this into an integrated digital approach that meets client business goals.
  • A constant student of Digital Marketing and surrounding industries.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, self-motivated.
  • Proficiency and certification in Google Analytics, Adwords & Tag Manager.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional knowledge of PPC & SEO.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Google Suite of tools.
  • Strong data analysis and spreadsheet competency.

Nice-to-Haves but not necessary:

  • Create resources to educate our clients or leads, including website content, webinars, vlogs, blogs, white papers, gated content, seminars and workshops.
  • Provide thought leadership within the industry and within the organization.
