Director of Digital Strategy (Montvale, NJ)
In this position, you will work collaboratively with our account and creative departments to provide direct brand communication strategies and ideas to our clients. This includes developing and delivering marketing and campaign guidance for key accounts, as well as acting as a shepherd and gatekeeper for each client’s brand in order to ensure the best, most consistent brand experience possible.

What you’ll do:
Develop digital marketing strategies for existing clients, in partnership with department managers, leads, and account managers.
Spearhead research efforts and apply gained insights/data to create pitch-perfect digital briefs, customer journeys and campaign plans.
Lead consumer insight research through customer data platforms, as well as more traditional research avenues.
Stay up-to-date on current and emerging industry trends, technology, and events to provide the most cutting-edge insights and guidance to clients and the agency at large.
Monitor and analyze performance across clients’ digital channels to track engagement, as well as respond to or escalate time-sensitive events.
Provide insights from media monitoring, and performance analytics to help optimize client campaigns.
Develop and optimize clients’ overall digital content strategy, as well as measure engagement and impact over time.
Work closely with account and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all client assets, including regular quality checks.
Participate in client presentations as an expert in the digital marketing arena.

Participate in business development meetings to add strategic support.
Contribute knowledge to the development of marketing collateral including; white papers, blogs, vlogs, social posts, trade show materials, webinars and more.

5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, community management and/or social media
Ability to quickly develop a working understanding of a client’s business, the challenges they face, then be able to blend this into an integrated digital approach that meets client business goals.
A constant student of Digital Marketing and surrounding industries.
Professional, detail-oriented, self-motivated.
Proficiency and certification in Google Analytics, Adwords & Tag Manager.
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
Professional knowledge of PPC & SEO.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Google Suite of tools.
Strong data analysis and spreadsheet competency.
Nice-to-Haves but not necessary:
Create resources to educate our clients or leads, including website content, webinars, vlogs, blogs, white papers, gated content, seminars and workshops.
Provide thought leadership within the industry and within the organization.
