CSI has enjoyed an 8-year partnership with Konica Minolta. In that time, we have provided them with creative and design services supporting key product launches and live events. CSI has designed and executed thousands of jobs for Konica Minolta ranging from product brochures and online ebooks to animated and live production videos to digital signage and critical strategic thinking and sales plans.
Ayla Networks, an IOT and IaaS company, was looking for a way to market personalized voice apps to home and business service providers. We produced a full ABM campaign for them, which included account prospecting, persona development, email campaigns, and optimized landing pages, as well as infographics. Additionally, sales enablement tools such as sales decks and templated sell sheets were produced to go to market with.
CSI executed a complete account-based marketing campaign which utilized a variety of creative elements to showcase the benefits of voice skills developed by Ayla Networks. The main outreach was a targeted email campaign that drove engagement and boosted MQLs in the pipeline.
CSI developed landing pages containing infographics that explained the benefits of voice skill development, a how-it-works diagram, and guidelines allowing businesses to determine if they were a good fit.
Using CRM data and search intent data, CSI created programmatic display and native advertisements. These ads were used as an awareness generator, as well as to retarget those who visited the landing page and appear on sites where prospects would be browsing online. LinkedIn ads were developed as an additional follow-up for those who did not take action through the email outreach.
When Amazon was looking to unify the look of their sales materials, they chose to partner with CSI to update their branding. It had grown stale and dated, and did not accurately depict their modern online presence. CSI overhauled the brand, establishing a new color palette, font, tone of voice, photography and icon style, and logo for their Advertising arm. We then applied this new branding to over 500 marketing and sales materials, ensuring that the Amazon teams were armed with the most up-to-date, effective selling materials and presenting a unified brand look.
Citizen Watch America closed out 2020 by introducing a new smartwatch, CZ Smart, to their vast product portfolio. Citizen, long known for cutting-edge technology and precision timekeeping, can now offer the benefits of a connected watch with the style and sophistication of the Citizen brand.
CZ Smart is the first smartwatch from Citizen and was launched accordingly with an all-digital, mobile-first campaign that included high-impact videos, a hyper-targeted media buy, and a robust landing page designed for an optimal user experience.
Konica's IT Services arm, All Covered, needed a new website and sales materials to help with their lead generation efforts. CSI took a message-first approach and produced a website and content experience that spoke directly to the core issues of All Covered's prospects. All content created for the site was also leverage by All Covered's sales team to help drive revenue.
CSI executed a structural, content-driven overhaul to bring AllCovered.com more in line with Konica Minolta's Workplace Hub branding and messaging. All existing content was re-prioritized, while new content was developed to make messaging more consistent and add impact to the user experience. These included up-front thought leadership pieces as well as videos and white papers.
This piece was created to generate awareness and provide top-level information to prospects in an approachable and brand-appropriate way. Leveraged across multiple channels, this animation was key in All Covered reaching their sales goals.
Utilized for lead gen as well as conversion, several infographics were created to help buyers along their journey.
Benjamin Moore is an industry leader that has been providing high-quality, innovative paints to both consumers and contractors for over 130 years. For over 6 years, CSI has been providing them with a wide range of support materials.
