Zales, the national jewelry chain, was looking for a creative way to promote Citizen's new line of Marvel watches, some of which were exclusive to Zales. Citizen reached out to CSI to help develop an interactive experience that could live on Zale's digital flagship and engage the online audience while also educating on Citizen's new Marvel watches and help drive sales.
CSI designed and developed an interactive personality quiz that asked the user to imagine which Marvel character they would be. By answering a series of six strategic questions, the user would be presented with the Marvel character that their personality most closely aligns with — along with key product information for the corresponding Citizen Marvel watch. This also gave Citizen data on their consumers without the need of a full product purchase.
