Leveraging creative CSI produced for Citizen Watch America's BaselWorld event, we created a series of emails targeting repeat customers in order to drive the sell-through of Citizen Promaster watches for regional chains and individual retailers.
Using point-of-sale data, drips campaigns were set up to target watch owners of specific products, showing them the current watch they owned, along with the more recent model. Incentives were offered to help cross-sell other watches from the Promaster line.
